American John Isner and Frenchman Nicolas Mahut smashed tennis record books at Wimbeldon when they became embroiled in the longest match ever played.
The players were locked at 59-59 in the fifth set of their first-round match when it was suspended on Wednesday evening due to fading light.
They had been in combat for ten hours.
The contest will go into a third day, having been called off at two sets all on Tuesday for the same reason.
The previous record of six hours 33 minutes was set when Fabrice Santoro beat Arnaud Clement at the French Open in 2004.
