The Australian federal police have raided the Seven Television Network offices in relation to alleged payments to convicted drug smuggler Schapelle Corby for interviews.
A dozen police officers had raided the Seven West Media headquarters in Sydney and other network offices, as news of the raid was reported on the network's morning show.
In a statement, the police confirmed they had executed a number of search warrants in relation to an ongoing Proceeds of Crime Act matter.
The Seven Network Sunday Night programme has been seeking an exclusive interview with Corby on her years in a Bali prison for drug smuggling, but Indonesian authorities have said any interview or money received could be in breach of her parole conditions.
