Greenpeace rejects Russian accusations its Arctic Sunrise ship was engaged in piracy when protesting against Arctic drilling.
Armed Coastguard officers stormed the ship on Thursday after Greenpeace members scaled an oil platform in the Barents Sea to protest against drilling by Gazprom. The ship is now under tow to the port of Murmansk.
Media reports in Russia say officials are considering piracy charges against the 30 Greenpeace members aboard.
Campaigner Simon Boxer says that's a joke. He said piracy is clearly defined under international law and protestors putting up a banner would not be covered.
A Greenpeace delegation is heading to Murmansk.
