More killings in Mexico

Fourteen bodies have been found in an abandoned truck in north eastern Mexico.

At a statement issued by the Veracruz state attorney general's office said the bodies were found late on Monday near the border with Tamaulipas state. It took all night to determine how many there were.

Thirty five bodies were left near a shopping center in Veracruz last September.

More than 55,000 people have been since President Felipe Calderon ordered the army to take on the cartels in late 2006.

Presidential election are to be held in Mexico on 1 July.
