Black Caps won't dwell on shock loss

Staggering as it was, the New Zealand cricket captain Brendon McCullum says they won't be dwelling on their meltdown at Eden Park Wednesday night which gifted the three-match Twenty20 series to South Africa.

The Black Caps had done everything right until the last few overs of the series decider, faltering at the death to come up three runs short in their chase for a modest 166 runs.

McCullum admits the loss is hard to comprehend and says the players had already talked about finishing games off clinically and ruthlessly.

He says there's no point over-analysing the loss ahead of the one day international series, which starts in Wellington on Saturday.
