No problems with drugs and alcohol say Breaker

The Breakers basketball club says it doesn't have a drug and alcohol culture after forward BJ Anthony was suspended for 10 days for turning up hungover at a recent practice.

The club's general manager Richard Clarke says the suspension, which means Anthony will miss two ANBL games, was asked for by his team-mates.

Anthony's latest penalty comes after a second conviction for drink driving late last year.

In November, Clarke also terminated the contract of guard Corey Webster after he returned a second positive drugs test.
