Czech tennis star Petra Kvitova has outlasted Ana Ivanovic to sail into the quarter-finals of the Australian Open.
In her first win over the Serb in four meetings, Kvitova chalked up a straight-sets victory on Monday - taking the match 6-2 7-6 in one hour 25 minutes.
The Wimbledon champion will play Italian Sara Errani in the last eight.
