Seven cyclists return positive dope tests

The International Cycling Union (UCI) says seven Latin American cyclists have returned positive dope tests and have been handed provisional suspensions pending disciplinary hearings.

Brazilians Tiago Damasceno, Flavio Reblin, Wagner Alves and Elton Silva, as well as Chile's Manuel Villalobos, tested positive for races in Brazil while Peruvian Ronald Luza and Bolivian Fernando Espindola returned their positive tests after the Tour of Bolivia.
