The Wild Oats XI navigator Ian Burns is predicting line honours in the Sydney to Hobart yacht race, to be decided by a tactical tussle on the Derwent River.
Wild Oats Eleven resumed the lead earlier today and now leads fellow supermaxi Investec Loyal by three miles.
Burns believes it'll be a battle in the Derwent for the first time since 1997, when Brindabella beat Exile.
He says changeable south-easterly winds of just seven to eight knots make it difficult to be confident about holding the lead.
