The South Australian cricket boss John Harnden has been appointed the chief executive officer of the 2015 Cricket World Cup tournament.
The 2015 tournament will be hosted by Australia and New Zealand.
Harnden was also formerly chief executive of the Melbourne 2006 Commonwealth Games and the Australian Grand Prix Corporation.
