Japan coach John Kirwan says he'll wait until the end of the Rugby World Cup to decide on his coaching future but admits he loves the international stage.
Japan were unable to get their first world cup win in 20 years after a disappointing 23-all draw to the Canadians in Napier last night.
The former All Black, who has been with the team for four years, is now off contract and will take the next few weeks to work through his options, but says he enjoys coaching at the top level.
He believes there's still a lot of work to do with the Japanese team so staying is an option, as well as working with a club in Europe, or coming home to New Zealand.
