Fiji's had little trouble seeing off Namibia 49-25 in their Rugby World Cup clash in Rotorua with right winger Veroniki Goneva scoring four tries, including a hat-trick before half-time.
The Africans clearly have a very useful kicking first five eighth in Theuns Kotze though, he's become just the fourth player in a World Cup to drop-kick three goals - that mark also coming before the break.
Fiji led 32-15 at that point.
The Pacific Islanders' other tries came from former soldier Leone Nakarawa and left wing Naipolioni Nalanga. Second five eighth Seremai Bai converted five of the tries and also kicked three penalties.
Namibia scored two second half tries to lock Heinz Koll and fullback Chrisanda Botha. Kotze also kicked two penalties.
Earlier a ragged Scotland side survived a huge scare before edging past Romania 34-24 in Invercargill.
