The New Zealand men's squash team has missed out on making the top 16 at the World Teams Championship in Germany after going 3-nil to defending champions Egypt in their last pool match.
Evan Williams, Paul Coll and Martin Knight all lost 3-nil.
It was their second loss after going down to Hong Kong in their first match.
The 17th ranked New Zeralanders will now play-off in the lower ranked classification matches.
