Bangladesh scored 188 with seamer Brian Vitori taking 5 for 20.
The homeside then reached their target with 35 balls to spare with Vusi Sibanda top scoring with 67.
The win at Harare Sports Club gave Zimbabwe a 2-mil lead in the five-match series to follow victory in the one-off Test last week.
