The New Zealand driver Scott Dixon has finished seventh in the latest round of the Indy Car racing series in Milwaukee with his Target Chip-Ganassi team-mate Dario Franchitti claiming victory.
Scotland's Franchitti tied Australian Will Power atop the standings with victory at the Milwaukee Mile after Power finished fourth.
Franchitti matched the Australian with a third victory of the season as he took over the race lead when Brazilian Helio Castroneves had a problem with a tyre deflating then held on to win from Graham Rahal.
Power is now tied on 271 championship points with Franchitti, well clear of third-placed Oriol Servia of Spain (198) who ran third.
Dixon is now fourth in the overall standings 76 points behind the leaders.
