New Zealand's only win was to the Ali Forsyth-skipped men's four who won 17-13.
But the afternoon ended with Forsyth and Edwards skipping Matt Gallop and Val Smith to wins in the pairs while Jan Khan and Richard Girvan skipped the winning triples.
