Cambridge BMX rider dominates in United States

The United States based Cambridge BMX rider Marc Willers has moved to the top of the American National rankings after a double win in Florida.

Willers won the two latest rounds of the American Bicycle Association BMX Nationals which also doubled as the North American Intercontinental championships.

It moves Willers, to the top of the competition after six races, well clear of three-time world champion Kyle Bennett.

Willers says he's over shoulder surgery which held him back last year and basing himself in southern California has also proved a smart move as he's now training at the same track as the current Olympic champion and previous American national champions.
