The New Zealand cricket team managed a 32-run win after surviving an early scare from a feisty Ireland in their high-scoring World Cup warm-up match in India.
Chasing the Blackcaps' 311, Ireland launched an impressive fight, putting on 93 for the first wicket - they were eventually bowled out for 279 in the 48th over.
Martin Guptill made 130 runs, while his opening partner, Brendan McCullum was bowled for just one - Jesse Ryder then joined Guptill and made 48.
Skipper Daniel Vettori took four wickets.
