Lance Armstrong has refused to respond to further doping allegations as he continues to face a US Government investigation.

Sports Illustrated magazine has published an online report and says it'll have a longer version in next week's issue, including more information from a former top New Zealand cyclist .

Stephen Swart, a former team-mate of Armstrong gave evidence five years ago saying that in 1995 he and the seven-time tour de France winner took the banned red-cell-booster EPO.

Swart's one of dozens of people the magazine's interviewed and says Armstrong convinced his Motorola team-mates that performance-enhancing drugs were the way to go if they were to be successful.

But Armstrong, who's riding in South Australia's Tour Down Under, wouldn't respond to repeated questions, saying only he has nothing to worry about.
