The Swiss tennis great Roger Federer says he has not set any goals for this year beyond defending his Australian Open title.
The Melbourne major is the only grand slam event in which Federer remains the reigning champion, after world number one Rafael Nadal won last year's French Open, Wimbledon and US Open.
Federer, the 16-time major winner, says at this stage his only focus is on winning at Melbourne Park over the next fortnight.
Federer is a four-time winner in Melbourne.
The tournament starts on Monday.
