South Africa crush India

South Africa has beaten India by 135 runs in the first one-day cricket international in Durban.

A century partnership between AB de Villiers and JP Duminy steered the hosts to an imposing total of 289 for nine

Then the left-arm seamer Lonwabo Tsotsobe took four wickets in a man of the match performance as India folded for 154 in the 36th over.

The second game in the five-match series is in Johannesburg on Saturday night.
