Spain's Dani Sordo will drive for Mini in this year's world rally championship.
Sordo, was a team mate of seven-times world champion Sebastien Loeb for several seasons at Citroen.
He'll join Britain's Kris Meeke at the BMW-owned team which is making a limited return to the world stage this season before a full championship challenge in 2012.
