New Zealand batsman Brendon McCullum will miss the first two Twenty20 cricket matches against Pakistan.
McCullum's been struggling with back problems and was initially left out of the Black Caps, only to be reinstated pending a fitness test.
Selector Glenn Turner says McCullum may be available for the third Twenty20 as a batsmen only, and only if the testing proves that his involvement will not have a detrimental affect on his overall recovery and his ability to wicket-keep in the One-Day series.
