A Saturday night start at Eden Park and an early-season taste of Friday night football at home are features of the New Zealand Warriors' first five matches of their 2011 National Rugby League campaign.
In confirming kick-off times and dates for the first five rounds of next year's competition, the NRL has scheduled the historic Warriors-Parramatta clash at Eden Park - home base for Rugby World Cup 2011 - to start at 7.30pm on Saturday, March 12th.
The Warriors will have a seven-day turnaround before their first away game of the year against Wests Tigers at Leichhardt Oval on Saturday March 19th.
The Warriors then have a run of three straight matches in New Zealand in the third, fourth and fifth rounds, made possible by Cronulla bringing its scheduled fourth-round home game to Taupo's Owen Delany Park.
