Former England coach reports back to NZ Cricket boss

The former England coach Duncan Fletcher has turned over his findings to New Zealand Cricket, after spending two weeks as a coaching consultant with the Black Caps on their disappointing tour of India.

Fletcher, who coached England to an Ashes series win five years ago, was called into review the Black Caps setup in the wake of the four nil series loss to Bangladesh, and was with the side during their 5-0 one day series loss to India.

New Zealand Cricket chief executive Justin Vaughan has met with captain Dan Vettori and coach Mark Greatbatch to review the tour and Vaughan says he's received plenty of feedback from Fletcher.

But Vaughan won't say whether Fletcher has recommended reducing Vettori's workload as captain and selector along with his coaching and managerial tasks.
