Football's chief executive satisfied with achievements

New Zealand Football's outgoing chief executive Michael Glading says turning round the game's finances has been gratifying, but satisfying all the different stake holders in the sport was challenging.

Glading will have been in the job for nearly three years by the time he steps down in March, having arrived at football headquarters with the sport a million and a half dollars in debt, but they've just reported their first surplus in four years.

He believes one of the ongoing challenges for the sport is to maintain a high level of performance from the All Whites.
