Wenger thinks Gunners can improve

Arsenal football manager Arsene Wenger believes his London side's capable of showing even better form, but admits every match is like a cup final this season.

Arsenal are aiming to sustain a title challenge after going top of the Premier League with victory over Fulham, with Samir Nasri's brilliant double strike earning the 2-1 win at the Emirates Stadium.

Wenger's team took advantage of Chelsea's 1-1 home draw with Everton and Manchester United's game at Blackpool being postponed due to snow to move one point clear at the summit, despite failing to hit top form this season.

Yet Wenger expects more improvement in the months to come. The Frenchman says they're on top despite losing three games at home, and the Gunners have spirit and quality but face strong opposition, and it's down to consistency.
