The All Black hooker Keven Mealamu says great support from the team and from back home has helped him through the last couple of weeks as he sat out his suspension.
Mealamu received a two week ban for headbutting England captain Lewis Moody in the test against England.
He says the one thing that his time off has done has provided him with the best possible preperation for this weekend's tour ending match against Wales in Cardiff.
Mealamu, who is expected to start against Wales, says the suspension will be in the back of his mind, but he doesn't expect it to stop him from doing his job of cleaning out players at the breakdown.
