Kiwis do away with new haka ahead of Four Nations final

Reverting to their traditional haka will ensure there are no excuses for New Zealand in Saturday night's Four Nations rugby league final against Australia, says Kiwis skipper Benji Marshall.

With Kangaroos coach Tim Sheens asking Australian fans not to boo New Zealand national anthem at Suncorp Stadium, Marshall says the Kiwis have also looked closely at the pre-match ceremony in their bid to topple Australia.

Marshall says the Kiwis will go back to their Ka Mate haka after using a new challenge, Ko Wai Ra, ahead of the 34-20 loss in Auckland.

He says many of his teamates were worried about perfecting the new haka and it took away their focus on the game.
