The chairman of the International Cricket Council's Code of Conduct Commission has rejected the challenges against the provisional suspensions of alleged spot fixer's Pakistan's Salman Butt and Mohammad Amir.
The two, along with fast bowler Mohammad Asif, were provisionally suspended by the ICC over allegations they were involved in spot-fixing during Pakistan's recent tour of England.
All three appealed, but Asif later withdrew his application.
Michael Beloff QC heard the challenges in Dubai but upheld the suspensions imposed on September 2 by the ICC Anti-Corruption code.
All three players remain provisionally suspended from all cricket pending the outcome of the independent Anti-Corruption Tribunal which will hear their disciplinary cases in due course.
