Training goes well for NZ pair

If there's any pressure on them, the New Zealand men's pair of Hamish Bond and Eric Murray certainly aren't showing it ahead of the World Rowing Championbships which start on Lake Karapiro on Sunday.

The pair have proven unbeatable over the past two years, including winning last year's world title.

They've had their injury concerns this year and were forced to change their training to include more off the water.

However Bond says their times both on and off the water have been some of their best.

Their showdown with the British pair is expected to be one of the highlights of the regatta.
