Tour route tailor-made for Contador, if he makes it

The route for next year's Tour de France has been revealed with four testing mountaintop finishes including a prestigious mountain finale before the Champs Elysees parade.

Two huge climbs each through the Pyrenees and the Alps feature in 2011 with the Alpe d'Huez last up, two days before the denouement in Paris.

It's the perfect route for climbers such as the defending and three-time champion Alberto Contador, although it remains unclear whether the Spaniard will be allowed to take part.

Contador remains provisionally suspended and awaiting further investigation after testing positive for clenbuterol during this year's race.
