The Jamaican sprinter Shelly-Ann Fraser, the current world and Olympic 100 metres champion, has been banned for six months for failing a drugs test.
Fraser returned a positive test to a non-performance enhancing drug during a meeting in Shanghai in May, apparently after being given something for toothache, then taking different medication when that failed.
