North Harbour win in topsy-turvy match

9:28 am on 19 September 2010

North Harbour scored two tries in the final ten minutes of their National Provincial rugby Championship match against Tasman to win 28-21 in Nelson.

Both sides were looking to avoid their fourth loss in a row, and took turns at holding the lead in the wet conditions.

There were plenty of missed opportunities from both sides and some scrappy play, and Tasman held a slim two-point lead heading into the final stretch of the game.

But the Harbour backs Anthony Tuitavake and Jack Tarrant, both made their way over the try line before the full time whistle to break the side's three-game losing streak.

The win puts Harbour 10th on the table, while Tasman sits in 12th position.
