Counties Manukau have beaten Tasman 23-3 in Pukekohe to keep their provincial rugby championship campaign on track.
After a heavy defeat to Waikato last weekend, Counties bounced back with a 2 try performance which has moved them up to third in the standings with 4 wins from 6 matches.
The match never reached any great heights because of the wet conditons, but the homeside's victory was never in doubt.
Round 6 continues tonight with Canterbury hosting Bay of Plenty.
