Fiji's rugby league coach Joe Dakuitoga has predicted that their qualificiation for the World Cup semi-finals will make league their country's number one sport - ahead of rugby union.
Fiji, who were given full international status only in 1995, beat Ireland 30-14 last night to complete the League World Cup's semi-final lineup, and they'll play world champions Australia in Sydney on Sunday.
Coach Dakuitonga has vowed that the players will benefit directly from their 300-thousand dollar windfall, the prize for beaten semi-finalists at the tournament.
