The Olympic silver medallist Hayden Roulston has won the fourth stage of the Cycle Tour of Southland.
Roulston won the 88km ride from Invercargill to Tuatapere, and is now fourth overall 44 seconds behind the tour leader Gordon McCauley who finished the stage in eighth place.
