The out-of-form Australian National Basketball league club the Cairns Taipans will be without one of their stars for Thursday night's game against the front-running New Zealand Breakers on the North Shore.
The Taipans have released a statement saying their dual Olympian forward Martin Cattalini has been stood down for disciplinary reasons resulting from a drink driving offence last weekend.
Club officials wouldn't say when Cattalani is likely to play again.
The Taipans won their first two games, but have lost their last two, including a 24-point drubbing last Friday night from Melbourne.
