7:40 am on 3 October 2008

Michael Campbell has started well at his last European golf tournament of the year, posting a 68 on the opening day of the Dunhill Links championship in Scotland.

But on a low scoring day Campbell's tied for 20th, four strokes behind the leaders, Soren Hansen from Norway and England's Ross Fisher who, like Campbell, played Kings Barnes, the easiest of the three courses being used for the pro-am style event.
