The Samoa rugby captain has called for easier access to Samoan players born in New Zealand.

An understrength Samoan side was beaten 101-14 by the All Blacks in New Plymouth last night - the Pacific nation's heaviest-ever defeat.

A number of their UK-based players were unavailable.

Samoa captain Filipo Levi says the IRB stand-down period for swapping countries of allegiance should be revisited.
