The Black Caps will seek advice on Thursday from the West Indies cricketers on how to recognise the Black Lives Matter movement during the series which starts in Auckland on Friday.

When the West Indies toured England earlier this year they wore Black Lives Matter logos on their shirts and the two teams kneeled before play to show support for the anti-racism movement.
Black Caps coach Gary Stead said they needed to gauge what the visitors wanted to do here.
"It is part of our education and understanding of their thoughts," Stead said of the meeting between the two camps.
"What happens in terms of taking a knee or anything like that will be discussed with West Indies but the first thing is we are meeting with them to make sure we understand how they feel about it and understand their point of view."
New Zealand Cricket is also working with the New Zealand Human Rights Commission on an anti-racism campaign - Give Nothing to Racism.
"We are sort of pairing up with them in terms of our own message around that and making sure that we have our own stance on those things," Stead said.
The HRC first launched the Give Nothing to Racism campaign in 2017 and further added to it this year 2020 to raise awareness of racist behaviour and the harm caused to those on the receiving end of it.
