Jesse Ryder's on another last chance following an alcohol-related incident at an indoor cricket tournament last month.
The troubled New Zealand international's admitted a serious misconduct charge brought against him by his employers and has been fined.
New Zealand Cricket boss Justin Vaughan, who lamented the drunken behaviour of All Blacks fans at the recent Bledisloe Test in Melbourne, won't quite say it's Ryder's final chance - again.
Vaughan calls it a "setback" and they can't tolerate a repeat of this type of incident in the near future.
