The Queensland Firebirds have come from behind to beat the Central Pulse 49-39 in their trans-Tasman netball clash in Brisbane.
The Wellington franchise led by five goals after the first quarter, before the Firebirds stormed back to take a 24-22 half time lead.
Queensland ran away with the game in the final quarter to move up to 5th in the standings, while the Pulse remain at the foot of the table with 1 win.
Meanwhile the Northern Mystics kept their slim play-off hopes alive with a 62-53 over the West Coast Fever on the North Shore.
The Mystics are sixth on the table.
