5:10 pm on 29 May 2010

The injured All Whites vice captain, Tim Brown, says he will decide on June the 10th whether he will join his team at the football World Cup finals in South Africa.

Brown has had surgery on his shoulder on Friday.

He says the surgeon will check his shoulder again in a week for any post-operative problems, and there'll be at least a week of rehabilitation.

Brown says the final decision will be the one that's right for the team.
