New Zealand's World and Olympic shot put champion Valerie Vili has been beaten again by the Belarussian Nadezhda Ostapchuk, who was clearly superior at the Diamond League meeting in Shanghai.
Vili was unable to get the put out past 20 metres with her best of 19.72 metres, while Ostapchuk, who also beat the New Zealander at the World Indoor Champs earlier this year, had three throws over 20 metres with a best of 20.7 metres.
