After 12 years with Auckland, the Black Caps all-rounder Colin de Grandhomme is on the move and will play his domestic cricket for Northern Districts.
De Grandhomme made his Auckland debut in 2007 and has played 94 first-class matches for the province.
De Grandhomme now lives in Tauranga and his move follows that of Black Caps teamate and pace bowler Neil Wagner who is moving from Otago to ND for the next season.

The Auckland coach Mark O'Donnell said he will miss de Grandhomme both on and off the field.
"A top player for Auckland and a top bloke. I'm glad he is taking his international opportunities now," said O'Donnell.
"I will miss his incessant chatter; Auckland and the Aces wish him well."
De Grandhomme leaves Auckland has a first-class batting average of 36.25 and a bowling average of 29.72.
He has scored 11 First-Class centuries and 29 half centuries while he has taken 151 First-Class wickets.
De Grandhomme is currently in India playing for the Kolkata Knight Riders in the IPL.
