Hearing postponed on Highlanders 'flying kick'

Facing a likely long ban, Nabura is returning to New Zealand and governing body SANZAAR has said his hearing has been delayed until Tuesday at his request.

The rest of the Highlanders squad have remained in Australia ahead of their Super Rugby clash with the Queensland Reds in Brisbane.

Nabura was sent off early in Saturday night's loss to the Waratahs after leaping to catch a high bomb and raising his leg, with his boot catching opposing winger Clark in the face.

His case will be heard by a SANZAAR foul play review committee but can be taken further is he does not plead guilty or accept any penalty it offers.
