The former All Blacks lock Chris Jack will return to the playing field in New Zealand for the first time in three years, when he plays for the Crusaders development side against a Blues development team in Christchurch tonight.
Jack, a veteran of 67 Test caps and 89 Super rugby caps, hasn't been able to play after wrist surgery.
He left New Zealand in 2007 to play for the Saracens club in England and then played for Western Province in South Africa.
