Perth produced a stirring comeback to become the first team into the Australian National Basketball League grand final, beating the Gold Coast 82-78 to sweep their semi-final series 2-nil.
The Wildcats took the opening game in Perth 81-68 last week, but the series appeared headed for a deciding game three Perth on Sunday before Perth stormed home.
Trailing 64-52 starting the final quarter, the visitors rallied to set up a showdown with either Townsville or Wollongong for the 2009-10 championship.
