Seven-time Tour de France champion Lance Armstrong will race in the Milan San Remo cycle race in March, the first one-day classic of the season.
Armstrong finished 125th last year, which was the first time he had competed in the Italian race since 2002.
Armstrong is aiming to win an eighth Tour de France title this year and prevent rival Alberto Contador from gaining back to back successes.
